Policies

BPA recently reviewed and refined our policies and procedures to ensure our services are meeting best practice standards. We acknowledge that all services are unique and have different processes and needs therefor our procedures manual reflects the platform upon which all services operate from.

The BPA Policies incorporate the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law 2010 and Regulations 2011.  The National Regulations list policies and procedures required for all service types (Regulation 168).  The policies relate to the seven Quality Areas of the National Quality Standard.
